How to Apply Regular Polish

1. Prep the nails- cut, file & buffer
2. ApplyBase Coat.
3. Apply color of choice.
4. Repeat step 3 for another coat.
5. ApplyTop Coatand wait to dry.
6. Applycuticle oiland massage around the cuticles
